Have we spoken to GUADEC people? We cannot simply decide on our own to
eventually cut into their money.
We should reach out to GUADEC to see whether they anticipate such an
agreement. Fortunately, there'll be a GUADEC IRC meeting tomorrow. I
will try to attend it and raise the issue there.
