How many ticket we open?

I think we should open more than 300(we expect) because this event is free of charge (right?)

Statistically a lot of people (maybe 40%?) don't attend the event after registration.

How about open tickets for 500 person?

It is good to use it if it is free of charge, but we might got oversea attendees too.

So, I think we may seperate 2 registrations or you may look for other free services providing both languages or English only. (If  English only, will it difficult for Korean to use a English registration service)

As Seoul team mentioned on meeting yesterday, during recent local promotion at some student groups, they started to receive some enquiry how to register.

So, may Seoul team look for a local registration online service (likes registrano.com or eventbrite.com) ? and make a menu link on 2013.gnome.asia website and link to the 3rd-party service to start registration asap ?
