Re: Not Being Able to Attend GNOME.Asia 2013

Thank you. My honor to attend this meeting. I'll try my best.
Since this is my first time abroad, I'll have to apply for my passport first, then try to get a visa. Expected to be ready within 3 or 4 weeks.

Hi Emily and Max,

I am sorry that I will not be able to attend this year's GNOME.Asia Summit. I will be doing oral defense for my Bachelor of Arts degree and taking translation and interpretation exams.

I would like to recommend Yinghua Wang (I've CCed) to do the training session for me. He is a Ph.D candidate in Beijing Normal University and the most active committer in our Chinse(China) Team. Yinghua, please confirm with Emily and Max if you would like to attend this summit.

I will still prepare all the materials needed for doing this training session, including outlines, slides, handouts and other additional materials.

Thank you for your time and help. I am sorry for the inconvenience I caused.

Best Regards,
Eleanor
