GNOME.Asia Summit 2013 to be hosted in Seoul

Dear Simon Hong,

I am very pleased to tell you that we decided in favour of Seoul for the upcoming GNOME.Asia summit. So you are going to host the next edition of this great event.

We will put up official announcements at some stage. I need to figure out how to do that most efficiently, i.e. with other announcements regarding GUADEC. If you want us to do the announcements earlier or in a way that suits you best (i.e. to please sponsors or make work with officials easier), let me know.

If you could let me know, how you plan to proceed, that'd be cool. I.e. do you plan to have regular meetings or maybe even IRC meetings? I'm looking for a way to make us exchange information regularly and quickly so that potential issues can be identified and sorted out early.
