We will do our best for successful hosting GNOME.Asia summit.

I think Beijing's proposal much better than us.

But, you decided for spreading gnome and opensource in Korea.

We will put up official announcements at some stage. I need to figure out how to do that most efficiently, i.e. with other announcements regarding GUADEC. If you want us to do the announcements earlier or in a way that suits you best (i.e. to please sponsors or make work with officials easier), let me know.

If you could let me know, how you plan to proceed, that'd be cool. I.e. do you plan to have regular meetings or maybe even IRC meetings? I'm looking for a way to make us exchange information regularly and quickly so that potential issues can be identified and sorted out early.
