Hi Will, 

Remember we own the gnome.asia domain, and we used to has the mail service (provided by Google Apps )for username gnome asia. Today I still able to login to the service: http://www.google.com/a/gnome.asia/

We used to have a group mail list: 
committee@gnome.asia

In the year 2009, we use this as contact email in our brochure. 

We can also create emails for organizers, for example: 
Haggen So gnome asia 
Max huang gnome asia 

We can create new group for paper review team: 
paper gnome asia 
sponsor gnome asia 

It is up to you to choose any name under @gnome.asia  . But I think use committee@gnome.asia should be enough as our first contact email.  

Let me know how everybody think about it?
