Since I know you work for Novell, you can ask people at Novell India
to give you an invite letter. And for the formality you can visit the
office once ;-) and I'm sure all of them would be excited to see a
GNOME Rock star!. Bharath/Akhil/Parag should help you get a formal
invite letter.
