Behnam is a member of GNOME foundation. Would you please help him to provided necessary document for him to apply visa ? 

He need an invitation letter first. The invitation for GUADEC with all his information is attached.

Some questions before email local organizor:
Where are you located now? Do you know the process of apply the visa to taiwan from your country? What kind of document do you need when aplly for the visa ?

I'm not sure about the process of the Taiwanese embassy at Tehran, but it usually starts with getting an appointment by providing the invitation letter.

Attached please find the visa letter, compiled for me to attend GUADEC 2010.  You should find all the required info there.
