Hi all, 

Since COSCUP team is asking for fund from GNOME.Asia side for party, I would suggest we just send 1000 USD for the party and won't cover the one day tour. 

We can not do both tour and party. If they insist to ask for more fund for party, then we will remove the tour ? 

How do everyone think ? 

The the new budget is like below: 
1. T-shirts : USD $1557
2. Lodging place : $800
3. Party : $1000

Total number is : $ 3357 , less than our early budget : 4225 USD.

We need rearrange budget for the party, I am going to merge these budget items,
#2, Lecturer Fee (COSCUP cost) - 1,091
#6, MC fee (COSCUP cost) - 212
#7, MC fee (GAS cost) - 212
#20, Staff's Celebration party (COSCUP cost) - 606

The new item #72 is USD 2,121 for staff and speaker's party, we
expected there will be 100 people join the party, estimated cost of
every participants is about US$ 21.

However, most expenses were covered by COSCUP team. But since we will
invite all speakers to join, the new budget item will be counted as
shared cost of both teams. It means GASC at least need to provide USD
800~1000, if we want to have a party for all speakers and staffs. The
shared cost will be increased from 32K to 34K.

Just create a budget request to GNOME foundation, include three items:
1. 200  T-shirts
2. Lodging place for our staff
3. One day tour

The total cost is : 4225 USD.

Dear Emily and Will,

Please see the action items according to yesterday IRC meeting:

1) Oracle logo (high resolution for print out), company Description
(bilingual) and link to COSCUP Team as soon as possible by tomorrow

2) Will's bio / topic / abstract / photo with high resolution for print
out to COSCUP team

** Since COSCUP is printing brochure on Friday, the deadline of the
above materials is tight!

3) COSCUP team will send us account details and we follow up on
transferring sponsorship funding of Google and Oracle from the GNOME
Foundation

4) Fund request proposal to the GNOME Foundation (and wait for COSCUP
response from Brian Email)
