Hello,
I agree, it is great to involve them. I am not sure, what co-organizer
means here though. Defining companies as partners or sponsors is a
good idea. We contact them and see.
Today, I met up with Anthony, Hong Phuc and the CEO of GHP Far East,
which is a very successful company endorsing FOSS. We went through the
tasks to prepare for the summit. On Monday we will have a meeting with
QTSC to go through details about the venue organization.
We also worked on the website during the last days. Some minor issues
need to be resolved - deletion of transportation cat, translation set
up, reordering of news posts, uploads of images. Will and Joey are
looking into it already.
I think we can switch the site online then and put the old site under
2008.gnome.asia.
