Website server expansion

Hello all,

Due to the way wordpress operates I have spun up a standalone database
server to take the mysql load off of the webserver. We are also
utilizing additional cache plugins to reduce the amount of dynamic
page generation necessary.

The initial page generation time for an uncached page can take up to 1.5
seconds. The page will then remain in a cached state for 1 hour.

These changes have reduced the time to generate a cached page on average
between 0.9 and 0.6  seconds. We are monitoring this as the hours pass
to ensure it stays at a reasonable level.

As long as server response time stays at this level, we will then tune
the system to attempt improvements on this time.
