Yes, it is working quickly at the moment, but I fear that it will not be for long. The problem is that Wordpress is just using up far too much memory. If anybody on the list knows anything about optimizing Wordpress to use less memory, any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. The only other option, at the moment, is to restart Apache regularly, perhaps as often as every hour(!) which is very unacceptable, for obvious reasons.

Which brings forth the question : how many hits did that page take
*before* the CfP was out ? Should be a good measure of word of mouth
publicity
