Personally,  I think we need to continue the formal conversation of this
via email. That gives us a record of what has passed, and is fairly
transparent.

I do think it would be good to get some back and forth on IRC just to 
move things along.  Sankarshan,  why don't you pick the time, since
you'd be the one who is asking for this, and those who can attend will
be there, and those that can't can speak up or give their regrets.

If you simply want to drop and chat with the people there,  that can 
also be as effective as trying to set a global meeting. hehe

Several times last year we would get on Skype between Emily, Alfred and
I to discuss Summit operations. That should be an option for you as
well.
