maillist configuration

Hi,

i have feature request. Is it possible to configure this mail list that
FROM header is as original, but REPLY-TO header should be modified to
"User Name" <artweb-list gnome org> ?
So we always reply to the list and not directly.
I know, if i click "reply to all" in my mailer it goes to mail list too,
but first - i forget it all time, second - i don't like write direct
mails ;o) without reason.
If its possible easy to configure i would like have it, if not - forget
it =)
