I have already seen this bug, I have written a bug report here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=691360

It's useful to report it because I wasn't sure that this happen on 
another configuration. It already happens several time here but I don't 
know what trigger this.

The issue is that the dock-layout.xml contains a lots of entries and 
creating them slow down Anjuta a lots.
