Indeed, things have changed a bit in anjuta 3.1.3 and I am not sure
exactly. @Seb: How can this be done now?

To add the new libanjuta-3.0 library:
- Select the LIBANJUTA module in the project view
- Select Project->New Library
- Check libanjuta-3.0 in the list (it should be here)
- Click on Add

Then you remove the wrong libanjuta-1.0 library:
- Select libanjuta-1.0 under LIBANJUTA module in the project view
- Click on the right mouse button and select remove
