I've been reading up on the Mallard 'specification', tried a few
things, and it shouldn't be to difficult to convert the manual.

I'd suggest a two-way approach - one simple road 'tutorial-like', and
one reference manual - much like the way it is now. Mallard makes it
fairly easy to make frequent crosslinks.

I'll do a mockup and ask for comments, ok?
