Preferences->Plugin Manager->Activate Search plugin
This will be enabled by default in the future...

Go to View->Messages, might be unavailible until you first start
building something.

As there is nothing to set here. Maybe we will implement some options
to change configure.in and to include other packages, though this is
no high priority in the moment.
