[Anjuta-list] Keyboard shortcuts not saved (Gnome 2.6.2-r1, Anjuta 1.2.2)

hello all,
i couldn't find anything about this in the recent archived mails and 
hope that this is not FAQ:
i use Anjuta 1.2.2 with Gnome 2.6.2-r1 without problems except that 
Anjuta does not save custom keyboard shortcuts which i can define by 
using the recommended method. /Desktop/Gnome/Interface/can_change_accels 
is set to true. i ran an strace -e open 2>&1 anjuta |grep accels which 
showed that anjuta does open the shortcuts file 
(~/.gnome2/accels/anjuta) O_RDONLY at startup but not O_WRONLY at 
shutdown like e.g. file-roller.

is this an anjuta specific problem or am i missing something with my gtk 
config?
