anjuta-1.0.x does not produce or work with glade-2 for gtk2/gnome2 GUI
editing. You will have to manually add the .glade file in your project
and define a tool for glade-2 with Settings->User Tools and work your
own way.

anjuta-1.2.x produces preliminary .glade files for gtk2/gnome2 and can
also work with glade-2. You can get the cvs tarball for it from
http://anjuta.org/cvs or from the cvs directly.
