easily reproducible, I think it has to do with the panel restoring or saving.

It is just a matter of launching gtranslator and playing activating the plugins.

Ok, so it makes sense to work on this library. Is your bug easily reproducible or is it something appearing only from time to time? I don't remember such thing in Anjuta.
