Any suggestions?

It's a different error here while compiling gobject-introspection package.

I think I get the same error yesterday using the latest version of gobject-introspection. I think it was due to an error in gobject-introspection package, I have fixed this by using the tag GOBJECT_INTROSPECTION_0_9_11.

I think it's possible to update the module set to checkout out a particular but I don't remember the syntax. I think another solution is to run 'jhbuild shell' to get a shell with jhbuild environment and then checkout the right version of gobject-introspection (git checkout GOBJECT_INTROSPECTION_0_9_11) and compile it. I'm not completely sure that jhbuild will not try to recompile it though.

Another solution is to checkout anjuta with the tag ANJUTA_BEFORE_GTK_3_Anjuta and build it without jhbuild until everything is more stable.

Regards,

Sébastien
