Sorry I dont really know the status of that, which is why i didn't
answer that part of the query.

I overheard some conversations saying it has been renamed, which might
mean the gtkhtml package is out of date or something?  Otherwise
it does sound like a packing issue, and hopefully a packager will
let you know.
