Mr. Leach:

The user docs should be in there.  However, in the source they are SGML
(Docbook) and compiling them properly may take a little work.  It's also
possible that they're not included in the 0.4.1 release, which would be an
oversight on our part.
If you have any comments on the documentation, please do let me know; I'd
love to have your feedback!
