I was about to suggest "System Settings" when I read that :-)
Particularly if you already have "Server Settings" it would work well.
It also sets up good contrast with "Desktop Preferences", which may give
a hint to users as to what can be found in "Desktop Preferences" vs.
"System Settings" (whereas e.g. "System Preferences" would make the
difference between these two even less clear).

If "System Settings" gets put under "System Tools", it might be worth
considering dropping the word "System". Or maybe not.

I'm a little unhappy with "System" here, if I had to do it over again I
would consider using "Computer" instead. "System" is nice and fancy, but
its not quite as standard a word. So then you'd have "Computer Tools"
(which makes a *lot* more sense for describing the difference between
this and accessories), and "Computer Settings". Still, "Computer
Monitor" does sound a little weird, so I dunno. Maybe I'm just really
used to "System". I would like to understand the difference in
connotation between "System" and "Computer" here and also if/how the
hypothetical silent majority understands the word "System".
