[xslt] exsl:document directory creation bug (win32)

Has there been any progress to this issues?

In particular has the patch that Aleksey posted long ago being 
considered? <http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.lib.xslt/2329>

Or is there some other solution possible?

This issue has become rather frustrating because it prevents uniform 
handling of xsltproc across platforms.
