[xslt] Xsltconfig.h not installed

I compiled/installed the latest libxslt straight from CVS and it looks
like it doesn't install xsltconfig.h (I did autoconf.sh; make; make
install on RedHat 6.2) yet xsltutils.h tries to include it.

Maybe it's just my machine but I thought I'll mention this.
