[xml] libxml2 and XInclude 1.1?

Hi,

as far as I know, libxml2 supports XInclude 1.0. Are there any plans to
support version 1.1 as described in [1]?

Could be worth to investigate as it gives some additional features and
can solve these "multiple IDs" problem when xincluding.
