[xml] Support of <value-of> elements in schematron.c

I am using schematron and libxml2 in one of my project and currently the <value-of> element is not supported in schematron.c. After looking at the code, I found a way to handle it.

 

If there is interest in adding support for <value-of>, please consider the attached patch file.
