[xml] Release of libxml2-2.8.0



  Finally after 18 month the new release is out. Hopefully I will
adopt a more regular schedule in the future, something like every
6 months, so let's see in November if I can keep it up :-)

Of course this is mostly a bugfix release, with a few improvement
and one added feature, everybody is invited to update, and give
feedback in case of problems !
