[xml] GNOME BUGZILLA FORBIDDEEN ACCESS ---How to solve/fix this issue?

Hi,

        I would like to view GNOME bug-tracker  LIBXML2/LIBXSLT bugs and would like to contribute to LIBXSLT/LIBXML2 project.

 

I am facing following problem. While accessing the links.

 

 I want to search all recent bugs went in libxml2 and libxslt upgrades. But  GNOME bugzilla seems to be forbidden.
 
Is there any alternative way to search this ? (OR) Please tell me, how can i fix this ?
