[xml] `XMLPUBFUN' does not name a type

I'm new to your mailing list.
I'm looking some help.
Is there a forum I can visit to find out a solution to my problem.
While I am using libxml 2.7.2 I have the following compilation problem :
        error :`XMLPUBFUN' does not name a type

but XMLPUBFUN is defined 
(and the .h is included)

Does anyone have any idea ?
