[xml] build on HP-UX with GCC fails with "Compiler not ANSI compliant"

Hello

I'm trying to build a 64bit version of the xml2 lib on a HP-UX 11-11 so 
I can build PHP 5.2.4 towards a 64bit mysql installation but it 
complains that my complier is not ANSI!!
