[xml] When will you support xml version 1.1?

Hi everybody,

in xml 1.1 you are allowed to have e.g.  as an attribute value. My 
xmllint does not support that version.
Are you planning to support xml 1.1?

As CharRefs still must follow the Char production (and not 
Char-RestrictedChar) the above should be well-formed XML (1.1).
