We are using it to validate documents conforming
to this schema: http://groups.sims.berkeley.edu/EventCalendar/Events_1.9.xsd However, we are not able to use it to
validate documents with this schema, which includes redefines of some of the
elements in the schema above: http://groups.sims.berkeley.edu/EventCalendar/UCBCNEvents_1.9.xsd We are using an older (maybe 2 years old) version
of libxml; however, I’ve asked this list whether support had been added
for redefines as well as watched the list and haven’t seen anything about
