WinSock2.h should replace sys/socket.h, and netdb.h is for the DNS
name resolver.

It seams the nanoftp and nanohttp code is not yet configured for
windows and msvc builds as a bunch of errors is generated compiling
without netdb.h


With a quick look it seems like those modules where already ported
to windows, so you may just need the right configure options to get
it right.

What wil later not work if I give up nanoftp and nanohttp modules?
