[xml] fails to parse

Hello all
I am parsing a xml file containing urls. The problem is that it fails to parse
some urls, for example the following:
<feed url="www.preferredjobs.com/rss/rss2.asp?city=san%20francisco&st=CA"/>
It indicates:qxrssindex.xml:19: error: xmlParseEntityRef: expecting ';'
I don't understand what this means, could someone please help.
