[xml] How to build a minimally sized library ?

I need a minimul libxml to read and write local xml files, so some other features are unnecessary. But when I confiugre libxml using "--with-minimum", the lib wouldn't contain reader and writer feature but has some other features that I do't need.
How to configure and build  libxml only including reader and writer?
