[xml] announcing XML Request Transformations (xsltpages)

I have this new idea which I'm calling XRT (XML Request
Transformations). People on this list might be interested because it's
being done with libxml2/libxslt.

There are a few demos in the source.

The code is really, really, alpha. Much will change between now and
any prospective release date.

However, I'm pretty convinced that the idea is a good one. So I'd like
as many smart people as possible to have a look and tell me what they
think.
