[xml] how compact can the libxml2 libs be made?

Hi All,

I'm considering using libxml2 for an embedded project.  I've cross 
compiled the libs OK,
I was wondering how compact the libs can be made?  The static & shared 
lib. are both
about 4.5MB currently.  For my application I just want DOM, SAX & schema 
validation.
