stage were you need to set environment variables or put additional path's in
your system. It was not as fast as I expected.
Idea is to provide to windows users more commonly used way of building the
product like building the Visual Studio solution, were all environment
variables are already set.
These project files are not intended to replace the current windows build
system from command line. It's just a way of doing the same thing in more
user friendly way.

My compilers only go up to .NET 2003, so not sure what issues you are
