[xml] Setting the encoding to the html Parser (python bindings)

Hi all,

I want to set the encoding to the html parser but I do not know if it is possible to do it with the python API. I have not found the way.

Daniel, in a mail said to me that it was possible when you create the context, but the python API does not allow it.

is there any way?

None: If there isn´t a way I can manage inserting a META declaring the encoding before the buffer I want to parser ( I have tested it and the parser takes the encoding of the first META).
