  There is no TODO marker at relaxng.c:10369 or around that line in recent
versions:
   http://xmlsoft.org/bugs.html
   item 2 of "Check the following before posting:"
   Make sure you are using a recent version, and that the problem still
   shows up in a recent version.

If you still get this, then please bugzilla with the document and the .rng
attached to the bug,
