Sorry, no ... No leak seen here. Doing the same modification and running in
loop for a while RSS stay at 600Kbytes used. There might be a leak, but either
it's not in libxml2 or it's specific to your settup (which would be quite
surprizing).
Make sure you use the right latest libs etc... check stuff at your OS level
and also possibly reconfigure to set up debugging as exaplined in the doc:
