[xml] libxml2 tests

I ran tests for libxml 2.6.22

I executed three different test scripts

1) runtest   (2608 tests)
2) runsuite  (1471 tests)
3) testapi   (264115 tests) 

Do all these numbers really signify, I mean for testapi are there really
264k tests?

If not which of the above are the actual tests for the component?
