I'm unclear on when you use xmlSetGenericErrorFunc versus
xmlSetStructuredErrorFunc. All the errors that I have seen so far get
handled by the handler I pass into xmlSetGenericErrorFunc. So what is
xmlSetStructuredErrorFunc used for?
