Now if you're asking how I get the document parsed in
the first place (I don't have a crystal ball either),
then here it is:

  Make a .c, with a main(), standalone, and provide the input 
if it's outside the C program. If you don't I just can't reproduce
your problem without guessing, and hence won't even try to 
reproduce the problem. I need all pieces of the equation to
try to solve it efficiently. I offer you free time, free labour
and expertise, you can at least take the 3mn needed to package your
test. Of course if isolating the test don't show a reproductible
problem it means the problem is somewhere else, problem I could spend
days to track and not find if you don't take those 3mn. 

  I know why I'm asking a reproduceable test case !
