[xml] Release of libxml2-2.6.18

  Quite a big release accumulating 2 months of developments and bug fixes:

I would say the main big change in this release is improvement in XSD Schemas
especially identity constraints support thanks to Kasimier, otherwise there
ia also a solid set of fixes:
