[xml] Example of error handling...

Hello list,

I looked through the samples, and didn't see an example that shows how to
handle simple errors with the parser.  I'm not looking for much, I really
just want to know if I get a file not found error, or bad permissions or
the like.  I found the information on the callback error reporter, but I
could use a little help in how to use it.
