[xml] How to create htmlParserCtxtPtr for htmlCtxtReadIO

Hi,

I was searching for a function, which creates me a htmlParserCtxtPtr  to
pass to the htmlCtxtReadIO function.
I found htmlCreatePushParserCtxt and htmlCreateMemoryParserCtxt, but this
'constructs' want the wrong arguments.

htmlCreateIOParserCtxt - like xmlCreateIOParserCtxt - would be the right.

Any other way to initialize a htmlParserCtxt with input reader callbacks?
